So, the facts

Pre order was bought on July 24, off of SE's store.
First attempts to use the code led to error 3, later error 2. No emails received, no games registered
Phone support number was impossible to find, the one I found off SE's site 1(858)7907529 is unreachable.
Email auto response came two days after I sent my email, that is, today. Support queries for this error do not even give you the option of chat support directly. Had to find other avenues.
Chat support had me waiting for 2 hours, before dropping me when I was 3rd on the cue.

I'm pretty livid now. They haven't changed since FFXI times and that was easily a decade ago.
