Truthfully emnity isn't really an issue if your maintaining your rotation properly... and if you haven't noticed the itemization on the Melee DOW gear is... the same. Putting it into STR does increase emnity, for Warriors I think it may effect second wind, increases parry mitigation, and for PLD increases the block mitigation, tho the 30 points doesn't add much. For each point of VIT you get about 14.5 HP, multiply that by 30 and you gain approx 435 hp. It'll increase the effectiveness of Stoneskin (10% for cross class and 18% for WHM) and your passive HP regen which is based of off your health pool . Also technically increases the healing from Benediction and Lustrate, and also for WAR will increase the effectiveness of Mercy Stroke (availible for cross class for PLD), Thrill of Battle and Defiance. Realistically its not gonna make a huge difference one way or the other, however for the twinks out there, it appears there is far more synergy associated with stacking it into VIT.
