NM glitch: Party still have claim after wipe (KO-glitch)

Hello Dev Team.
Today, I was trying to kill the Goblin NM, though a japanese Party got the claim first.
Around 3 minutes after they got claim they wiped and all of them were returning back, except 1 member.
This member stood (while being KOd) there to stay in the NM-instance, so others couldn't get the chance to claim it,
The Goblins were yellow but as soon as you try to attack them, the message "The target is already engaged" pops out.
As soon as the party recoverd, they attacked the Gob NM again and the KOd member returned back.

Ive seen this twice now, unfortunately I couldnt get a screenshot right now but will post it here as soon as it happens again.
