Ferry Ride- Ocean water glitch

DAOWAce, yes the glitch was just like that. I don't ride often either, but hey, it's relaxing, and sometimes necessary if you *really* want to save on anima. I always think how fun it'd be if like, 50 people rode at once. Then it'd be a boat party!

Platform: Windows 7
ISP: Brighthouse
Type of Internet Connection: Wifi
Internet Connection Speed: 54 mbps
Date & Time: 4/07/11 12am-ish Eastern Time
Frequency: Occurred once, haven't ridden boat since though..

Race: Hyur female
World: Saronia
Class/Skill Rank: I was a Weaver 14 at the time.
Physical Level: 23
Area and Coordinates: West Thanalan/West Limsa Lominsa..also don't know specific coordinates of boat ride.
Party or Solo: Party (me and one other)
In-Game Time: Night (sorry I don't know the specific game time)
Steps:
1. arrived on the boat, and saw the glitch almost immediately on the right side of the boat.
2. I then ignored it and began to craft.

Unfortunately, it seems that they need a more thorough explanation of what exactly you have seen that was happening with the water. I see this glitch all the time on the boatride to LL.
Usually it is just a large black patch of water to the right hand of the boat (as you are facing to the front), but the other day I noticed that it had changed to black and white lines. Haven't been on the boat since to know if it has changed to lines permanently.
The graphic flashes in and out constantly. It does not appear on the other side of the boat though- the water there seems to be ok. A few LS members I have mentioned it to see the same thing, along with the "moving water" that appears to move faster than the boat.

Hello developers, Shika nailed the description. It's basically a bunch of black pixelation on the right hand side of the boat. I can try to take a screen shot if I see it again. It's in a small area too, it doesn't cover all of the water or anything. But the pixels flicker a lot. I think they disappear after awhile but can't be sure..

Ok i'll ride again today and see what I can find.
