Alright, I'm sorry if this posts seems irrelevant, but I'm getting kind of tired of hunting through all the forums and not finding answers to my questions.

I'm aware that there's an error for those who purchased the game on Playstation Network through the 13th and the 15th. I purchased my game on the 14th through Playstation Network so I fall in this category. My issue is that there has been no clarification as to what the PSN error is. So I don't know if the "No Valid Service Account" error that I'm getting after I log in correlates with the error because of the day I purchased it.

My second question involves my actual Square Enix account. When I log in to it and click the drop down menu at the top right corner and select my profile, it says 0 games registered. Is this normal? I have my PSN account linked with my SE account. I have the game downloaded for playstation 3 and can log in up to the No Valid Service Account screen; however, it's obviously not linking my preorder with my SE account.

Any help that can be provided is appreciated and I do apologize for any redundancy. I've put in an email to SE Support, but based on what I've been reading on the other threads, I fully expect to be told just to wait until tomorrow morning and try logging in then.
