Christian Linkshell or one that is pretty tame?

As the title say. I would like to find a linkshell where there is not an f-bomb or whatever else every 5 seconds. I do not mind being in just about any linkshell but once things take a turn for the raunchy super foul language area I tend to leave for a while until it's cooled down. So if anyone has one or is making one please let me know.

Well that wont be easy to find, beacuse this is internet even if i respect all kind of religious but there is no way to stop people to use f-bomb it usely used for jokes anyway. Best way is just ignore it.

There's nothing wrong with stating your preference as to an LS and it's best. You're not alone in wanting a tamer linkshell. Far from it. LOTS of people would rather not hear f-bombs all the time while playing. So finding one of those communities is not really difficult, Internet notwithstanding.

I know of some Christians who curse like sailors. I don't think Christians are forbidden from using curse words, now what your looking for is a Super Christian linkshell. But I don't think super Christianity is allowed to play MMOs... Or be on the internet...

The rule that some people think has something to do with curse words actually involves not trivilizing the name of God by bringing him up for stupid stuff. So its quite possibly the most poorly followed of the ten commandments.

Actually curse words are cultural vulgarities and they are rude. That's why posting too many of them is an easy way to get Ban-hammered on the forums regardless. That's why swearing during an interview for a highly paid job is a good way not to get it. Or swearing in front of the parents of the girl you want to marry is probably not a good idea either. When people want to look good, they don't just clean up their body, they clean up their mouth too.

At any rate, if someone doesn't want to hear them, that's perfectly fine. I work in Customer service where getting cussed out is part of the job. Do you think I want to come home and hear it moar?

I'm founding an LS soon, the Eorzea Adventure Co., and we'll be keeping it relatively clean (no f-bombs, etc., though we'll probably overlook acronyms because internet).

Also I'll be starting a Twin-Adders-only FC, the Gridania Survey Corps, as soon as I can get some founders together. If you're a member of or planning on joining the Order of the Twin Adder, it'd be great to have you.

The FC is casually RP-oriented (you won't be forced to roleplay in FC chat, but it is encouraged), and focused on raid scheduling and strategy development, and eventually frontline Realm vs Realm combat, while the LS is focused on coordinating raids with member FCs and solo players, as well as speeding player progression to 50 and trading. The LS and FC will be (real world) apolitical and there is no official religious orientation, but my brother-in-law and I (the two founders thus far) are both Christians and hope to espouse positive Christian values and general goodwill within the organization (as we would anywhere else, I suppose). We'd just like it to be a lighthearted, dedicated, friendly community dedicated to the preservation and advancement of Gridania!
