    This is probably an issue with your TV. Try adjusting PS3 Output from 4:3 to 16:9 or vice-versa and running it again... This fixed it for me in Phase 3.

    In actual fact FFXIV was the only game it was happening on, which lead me to believe that it was the game and not my TV and I was hoping to see if the issue may have been addressed during the downtime.

    If the problem still persists I will try your method.
