Constant Random Crashes that I can't find a cause for

I am being plauged by random crashes sometimes I can go a week without a crash other times I will get 5-10 crashes in 15 mins. This is extremely annoying when I crash during NM fights and/or Leves Here is the error I get, anyone got any ideas on what I could do to relieve this.

c0000005 is usually a memory or driver issues or both. The golden standard: make sure you have all your windows updates and all your most recent drivers. If you are playing on a laptop especially (but also in general) if you are using Windows 7 make sure you have your bios flashed to the most recent version (the laptop/win7/bios/video issue is something I had to deal with recently). Posting your computer's specs might help us narrow it down a little more.
