Market wards daily crashing

I don't know if it's the same on other servers, but on Lindblum the market wards crash daily. I'm not exactly sure how they are constantly crashing when no one plays this game? How are they going to function when this game is actually alive with people, when the servers can't support retainers from the very few people currently playing?

Do other servers experience this same constant crashing?

Istory MW is pretty much stable now. It only resets when all server goes down. Since maint from 03/28 MW didn't crash here...same worked between servers returning until the maint or even prior severs going down due earthquake.

Not sure if its related to population tho since lindblum is one of the most crowded servers.

Its been a problem for the longest time and they said they are working on stabilizing it....I don't understand why its so hard to keep them up though. Uldah on Selbina crashed 3 times yesterday.

Not to mention if you are in the wards when they crash it takes FOREVER before you are able to log back in again I usually just stop playing and try later that day.

It's gotten better, but the fact that the wards even crash at all is still a huge problem. If the server can't handle all these NPC retainers hanging around without crashing, they may as well just temporarily make the whole market ward an entirely menu-driven interface until they can implement a stable solution.

Frequent Market Wards crashing puts a huge damper on the economy and discourages others from participating in it.

It adds to the immersion. Your retainer isn't crashing, he's going home from work at the end of the day and you have to call him back to work regularly because he's lazy and doesn't show up for his shift because he's an unreliable drunk.

Common issue on Mysidia as well. It's gotten slightly better since the last patch, but it still happens enough to be a problem.

P.S. Your retainers are back to being unreliable drunks who don't come back when the wards go down for the next little while until SE resolves their technical issue.
