    A friend of mine had similar issues (he had purchased the game from Greenmangaming, where it was sold as a NA version), and decided it wasn't worth dealing with Square Enix support lines (that kept dropping you) and with GMG's finger-pointing at Square Enix. Instead, just went to Amazon.com for his US key.

    So may ps3 users are having the same issue. I think more people need to respond to their twitter "fix," since it's clearly not fixed. I've already responded once. This is really frustrating. it seems as if the support has all been for PC or other regions. The NA PS3 users need a solution. This is getting ridiculous. Come on SE...
