I also have Verizon and have this issue...I wonder if it's on their end? Have you found a fix to your problem?

Unfortunately no I was able to grab a torrent. But I'm not sure that's going to work each time there's a little update or any update at all.

Didn't have a single error for phase 3, and 4 with patch. Today, I have spent about 15hrs trying every work around I could find to download patch. Nothing has worked. I was at 1.4mb/s for phase 3, and 4 patches. Today's was .05mb/s. I came into this today expecting errors, but nothing like this. I will keep trying to download hoping that congestion is to blame. If I find something that works I will share it with everyone. So, if you were able to play at all today you should be happy about that. I highly doubt I am the only person going through this. If your are with me try to post what helped you with patch download. Hope to see everyone online soon!

As far as I know that's impossible. The patch files being applied get deleted and merged into the game so you have to torrent the whole thing

This is still an issue for me. Now I can't even patch the launcher because of the error. I've tried disabling anti-virus/firewall, reinstalling, different computers, port forwarding, etc...

Not sure where to go from here.

Has anyone who experienced this issue had any luck? I am waiting on a support ticket, but haven't gotten a response yet. It's been really frustrating not being able to get around this.
