    Early Access Code - Wrong Account

    I was logged into the wrong Square-Enix account when I registered my code.

    I followed the instructions in this FAQ (68218): http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...68218&ret=main

    How long will it take for the code to be applied to the correct account?

    I'd contact them via live chat to get it done much faster. I had the same issue and they were able to resolve it there.

    Chat = Waste of time

    After 2 rounds of waiting in the chat queue for ~2hrs EACH i've still not been able to chat with anyone.

    After I get to position 0 in the queue it says there are no agents to assist me. I thought that's what waiting in the queue was for - wait until someone CAN assist me. This whole process has been really frustrating.

    Do I have any other options?
