Invalid registration code, SE just robbed me of $30

I pre-ordered the game, so I receive my E-mail with the registration code, but I typed it in over and over again and its always invalid. Are we not suppose to register or something? I keep on seeing people are registering the game but it will not work for me. Please no 'did you type it in correctly' replies because that is not the issue. How can this be resolved?

Where did you preorder from? Can you cancel that order and place a new one (ideal for digital orders, not for physical CE)?

People who enter their EA codes can maintain playability until the 30th. =)

Well unless they got a limited edition CE or something... =O

If it's the 18 digit code:
1) Make sure you're logged in to the membership site
2) Make sure to reload the web page you have to input the code at regularly while trying
3) Input code and redeem/confirm
4) Try again
5) Try again
...
X-1) Try again
X) Go back to 2

Just keep going until it goes through.

Also make sure your membership login profile have the right language option set.
