Unable to redeem 18 digit pre-order code

Today I am attempting to redeem my pre-order code at preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com, however after logging in and typing my code, the 'redeem my code' button is grayed out and unclickable. I have been trying only for the last hour or so. Issue is the same on all browsers and pcs / laptops. Is anyone else who still needs to redeem their 18-digit code running into this problem? Is this a symptom of congestion?

I have the same issue but mine is looping back to the login or register option and not even letting me put in the code, so you are at least ahead of me.

This is the first Ive heard of that problem. Did click choose pc or ps3?
