When to expect servers to work properly

I've played enough MMOs and Final Fantasy to know to expect server crashes, long waits, and other technical difficulties on EA and Official Release.

The question is:

When do you think it will actually be easy to log in and play without major difficulties or interruptions?

Let's say you had very limited time, but could take 1 day specifically to play... what day would you pick? I'm thinking the 29th or later? Is that overly pessimistic or optimistic???

A week after it goes live I'd say, but I hope I'm wrong.

server congestion: expect that until 29th because in 27th will enter all of 1.0 that are not legacy.
service crash: will last like a week.
technical issues: during the first week or two they maybe will be few emergency maintenance to apply hotfix to address some fatal errors.

so for those that don't have patience for that I guess the best time to start play is like Sep 10th
