    Over here we dont even have the option to chat, its just e-mail. To phone we have to use skype to call to the US and even then they dont publish that phone number to us.

    Same thing. Stayed up all night to try to get assistance to fix an issue Square Enix created themselves, and each time I got to 1st position it was cancelled.
    Phoning isn't an option from here in Australia

    Hmmm... Well I put in an email ticket 55 hours ago, no help on it yet, phone is always busy, and live chat keeps cycling thru a 200+ person queue to cancel and say there are no available agents. They may be swamped due to the various things, but for me it is bad business practice on the support department's end. There could be at least some better communication regarding what they are using to help customers as clearly they aren't using all of the communication pathways.

    Whats worse is that this is not just you. Exact thing happened to me and others. It seems like if they come to your ticket and see its about wrong region they just cancel it.
