    Have not gone pass the black screen to the login page before.
    I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. He can't even get to the log in screen?

    Yes. Got stuck at the black screen just after running the client. Does the spec of his com matter? Cos he could run the benchmark without any problems and got a good score even.
