Getting in touch with someone from SE

I'm having issues finding a link to get in touch with someone about my FFXIV account. I seem to not have Legacy status for my account even though I started paying for it last June and paid until they stopped payment for 2.0 construction. I want to ask them why I was not granted Legacy account status, but paid for more than 3 months of service. Can someone help me with a link please? Thank you.

SE really needs to do something about its customer service; it's terrible and has been since Final Fantasy XI early days. Chat/phone/email is all bad, and with the release of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn they really need to improve on their customer service.

I will answer this question for you. You missed the deadline for the legacy subscription period. I think it was from like February to June or something.
