    "The entered code is invalid."

    I have not seen this issue addressed directly, and I have exhausted all other options. Apologies if it has already been brought up here.

    Let me start by saying that I am using a PC client for launch even though I was on PS3 for Beta.

    I preordered through Amazon and got my 16 digit preorder code through them almost immediately. A couple of days ago, I downloaded the client and input that code into the correct boxes. I got the 20 digit code like everyone else. However, unlike everyone else, I actually got the correct region. However, when I enter the code, I get the error message shown in the subject line above. Not "error 3" or "error 1"...just "The entered code is invalid." Repeated attempts at entering the code got the same message. Attempts at re-entering the 16 digit code merely resulted in the exact same 20 digit code being sent to me again.

    I've given up on SE's completely worthless tech support. They won't even list a phone number where it is easy to find. What is worse, after I found and confirmed that it was the correct number, all I got was a busy signal. Chat doesn't seem to be working and EA will be over before they ever even look at my e-mail support ticket. All Amazon could do was apologize for SE's complete lack of competence in customer service.

    So I am left trying to beg help from the forums in the hope that some individual out there knows of a fix. Thank you in advance for your time.

    I'm sure you've done this but just check again(probably for the 25th time) that the code is all entered correctly. Copy and pasting from the email would be a good idea.
