1.0 crafted Militia items for Hamlet Ranking... what is it good for now?

I still have a bunch of Militia Bows, Militia Swords, Militia Gorgets, and a few others (NQ - HQ) but they don't seem to be craftable now.

I think they are now obselete items that I can exchange for gils but, since I haven't been able to see Rowena or the Grand Company, I don't know if there is another currency I could exchange them for. The price at which they buy them is ridiculously low compared to 1.0... less than 100 gils now compared to 2400 before (240 if you take out the 90% of currency reduction).

So, is there another use for my Militia ranking-items than the "under-worth" gils they are giving me for them?
(if not, they should have just exchanged them in currency before the currency rebalance... it would have been worth more)

I just want to make the best of this really bad investment of 1.0...

Time to play the nobody knows card.

I thought some people might have known since they went to see Rowena and her 2 friends... they might have explained it somehow. Like I said, I was unable to see them (thanks to errors 90000 and 3102) so, yeah, some people might know.

I did... but 10 stacks of Militia bows/swords are still 1000 Cobalt Ingots I didn't sell. That's what I call a bad investment... knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have crafted those and would have sold the ingots instead (more profitable).
