You'll probably have better luck asking people in PST time zones what servers the play on. The NA servers aren't really divided by time zone but rather who chooses to play where. I'm sure at one point in time I saw a thread on the beta forums from someone asking people in PST time zones to join them on a server but I can't remember what the server name is.
