PS3 Error Code [11070][-2140073976]

When I started up ARR on my PS3, It wanted to know if I had an SE account or if I wanted to make a new one. When I clicked the option that I already had one, I got this error. After that, I did the same thing again, and this time nothing but a cursor loaded. Hitting the PS button gave that weird red circle with a line through it. I had to hold the PS3 button and quit game from there.

A few minutes later, I started again from the XMB. This time, I was able to link my accounts and register the game just fine. When it came to updating the client, I got the error again.

What does the error code mean? It may fix itself in due time like before, but still, it would be nice to know the meaning of the code for future reference, maybe there's something I can do to prevent it from happening again?

For what it's worth, I pre-ordered the Physical PS3 CE, and use the Early Access code on the PS3. My account is also a Legacy account.

Anyone else getting this error code?

I'm getting this exact same thing. Hoping someone knows what it is...I'm still a bit worried I will not be able to pay because of the bugs in P4....every little error freaks me out now...
