HUGE PROBLEM NEED TO *UNLINK PSN ACC FROM SQUARE ID*

Hello everyone !!

I got a huge problem with my FF xiv account.

In the beta phase 4 , my brother register he's psn account to my square ID so he could play on ps3 while i play on pc ( I got 2 FF xiv acc ). When I receive this morning my FF XIV Collector edition box , i register the code on my pan instead of his and now i can register my psn to my square enix id since his is already register to it.

I wanted to know if theres was a way to UNLINK his account from my square enix ID so i can register my psn to it and receive my collector edition bonus !

In p4 did u link it to your existing service acct? Each acct can have up to 8 service acct. if u link it to your main char service then u can't. If u did it n made a separate service acct within ur acct for him, then all u need do is link ur code from ur psn to the service acct with your character. Check to make sure your service acct gas no psn linked n that ur bro psn was a separate entity in ur account.

Well in my square enix account , i got my FF XIV Acc 1 and FF XIV Acc 2 and in the beta he register in FF XIV Acc2.

You can't. I remember very clearly reading somewhere (I don't have the source handy) that you can't unlink FFXIV from a Playstation account and it said to be very careful as a result. Wish I could find the source, sorry.

It tells you it a one time deal when right before you link the accounts, so that might be where you read it.

And your Ffxiv acct 1 is with your character? If so try linking it to Ffxiv acct 1. If your char is in acct 2 on other hand, then u can't link it over.

Read that to make sure it's your situation and follow the directions. One time only shot, don't let it happen again type of deal.

The thing that really bad, is if digital downloaded the game on playstation network and had a active ffxi account It duped the accounts. , So if like me and others we just lost are Early access characters and unable to play the game with that character for weeks till it fixed and get back into are friends servers., kind of bs, It randomly will just activate the second account with no warning or anything. Still waiting for the email from them, sent email when first happen, then did the account mess up sign up , got wait till they go through 20k more emails till they get to me. Also i guess in 2 week according to my friend that got the hard copy of the game he got to wait 2 weeks till they rest his account so his code wil works from a sony rep. At all.
