Mog station will do this and more, the site should be available on the 27th (and because they want your money I'm sure they'll inform you when you can start ).

I dont think they will bill anyone until the 30th is what they said, so my guess is it will come on the 27th like Shougun mentioned and give everyone 3 days to get 'squared' away.

You're not going to be billed until the end of your free trial (30 days) or welcome back free time (2 weeks).
