Concerning Subscription Rewards--When Can We Subscribe?

I am failing or something. I can't seem to find where to purchase subscriptions yet. My assumption is that it's not available yet, but if anyone knows otherwise, please advise, and thank you.

Mog station will do this and more, the site should be available on the 27th (and because they want your money I'm sure they'll inform you when you can start ).
