Where is my early acces code???

From EU, purchased the 10 august from ES store. Contacted support twice... they tell me to keep waiting in a scripted message:

If you haven?t received your pre-order code, please contact your retailer directly.

If you have pre-ordered the PC version of the game from the Square Enix Store, the pre-order bonus codes due to be sent out on 20th and 21st August to customers who pre-ordered the game on the SE Store are still being sent and we hope to have these with you in the next 24 to 36 hours. We deeply apologise for the delay and thank you for your understanding.

Given that Microsoft leaves open doors for the NSA to utilize their software without your consent.. They possibly thought the Square-Enix early access codes were nuclear launch codes! DUN DUN DUN

Or they just wanted to steal your early access for themselves!!!

Try your spam filter, main email accounts, and read the email message carefully as the code goes in the format of AAAAAA-XXX-AAAAAA-XXX
