Early Access Email Error (Chesk Your Emails)

Ah thank you. It lists FFXIV but doesn't specifically mention Early access or the bonus items. What a headache

go into the ffxiv part and it will list what services you have for it, and the items dont show up...they will be mailed to us on official launch

Anyway it just lists Final Fantasy XIV and doesn't mention EA unless I'm looking in the wrong place

its not ok, they're doing a bad job or redeeming themselves. This is confusing and messy. why send out emails if things are not in order!?!

i never said it was ok to what you stated, i agree that they shouldve done a better job about the whole code situation thing, because it happened in the beta where the codes got swapped

when you are on your playstation3, go to your account management,go to transaction management then go to services list, scroll to ffxiv open it, then you will see the services for that game
