This may be a dumb question but did you make sure that you used CAPS for the letters in your code? PSN codes are case sensitive and some people forget that.Hey Bayohne here is my problem, I have received my early access code for the PS3. For the past few days I have tried to enter the 12 digit code on my PS3 and it comes back as an invalid number. Does this mean that I do not get early access? If that is an invalid number will I still get early access with my PC? Was I supposed to get a separate early access code because I am Legacy? The details on the site were not very helpful, does not explain how to link SE to the PSN and did not specify when the download would be available for PS3.
Please help!!
hopefully will not get a auto response as i told them how unhappy i am with the last time they did that and directed me to NA website when i said it was EU. I just want my cait sith doll and hat =,(

Hi Demacus, yes I entered the PS3 code several times in caps, I tried in the Account Management Center, and the PS store. I am still having the problem, it wasnt a stupid question I thought that very same thing when I entered the codes several times.

Cancel your preorder and reorder. Worked for me.
So, we pre-ordered from Square Enix's EU store on Thursday. Got confirmation e-mail, but no Early Access code which is why we pre-ordered in the first place. Clock is ticking... Would appreciate if you got your stuff together Square Enix.

Are the devs aware of people pre-ordering the game, receiving their codes and then cancelling their pre-order, but still being able to use the code successfully? Will there be repurcussions or countermeasures in place for this behaviour?
