ALSO, when he goes to Findmyorder.com it can't find his order number.. even when he tries to reset his password. Yet on his bank statement it shows it took the money and the game is under his games in Sqaure-Enix account
Have him use the other side, use the email adress and the last 5-6 whatever it was of his credit/debit card thats how I had to find mine
