ALSO, when he goes to Findmyorder.com it can't find his order number.. even when he tries to reset his password. Yet on his bank statement it shows it took the money and the game is under his games in Sqaure-Enix account

That doesn't work.. it says his order number could not be found, yet he has an email with the order number in it.

It also said that when I used the wrong card, thought I used my debit card when I used my credit card.
It took his money already? Does the Square-Enix store charge you as soon as you purchase? (I figured it'd be like the other vendors charging you only upon its release date)
Already took his money, you can see it withdrawn from the balance of the card on his online account. He has received an order confirmation email with no code in it, and it shows the confirmation of the purchase in EU and a order number which does not work on findmyorder.com and his squareenix ID is not working to log in on the forums but if he goes to sqaure-enix.com and logs in with this email associated with the account it lets him log in.

I was also confused because it says on the site about registering your EA first, but you need the product/serial number first

see if he has this in his email then go to preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com and enter that, the email could be from webhelp v4, or Square themselves.
