Shouldn't I have received my early access code by now?

I've pre-ordered the game for windows from the square-enix store back in June, and the pre-order confirmation e-mail said I'd receive further instructions near the early access date.

It is now very near the early access date, and I've yet to receive any follow-up e-mails or any codes whatsoever.

If you bought from NA SE store, you get 18 digit code in your receipt email (it's titled something like Square-Enix, Inc. - Order Confirmation (Order #numberhere) which you should have received soon after pre-order. If you didn't receive this email, you can check it at findmyorder.com) which you should register at http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ which will give you 20 digit code which you should register at http://account.square-enix.com/accou...vearly/?rgn=na.
If you bought from EU SE Store, you should only receive 20 digit code which you have to register at http://account.square-enix.com/accou...vearly/?rgn=eu . If you haven't received your EU code in this case, you should contact support.

The only e-mail I received from square enix regarding my pre-order doesn't have any such code, though. Only a receipt for my order and the promise of further instructions later.

If you're referring to the North American Square Enix Online store, I believe the early access code was written in your first confirmation email.

The format of the code is AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123 and can be redeemed on our Pre-Order Code Redemption website: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com!

Redeeming it there will give you further instructions on your next step!

So which store did you order from? EU SE Store or NA SE Store?

I have pre-ordered from the EU store and haven't received any codes. Could you kindly point me to where I can contact support? I can't seem to find my way to that.

A buddy of mine purchased from the EU store some hours ago and I am looking (via screensharing) at all of his emails from Square-Enix and there is nowhere to be found a CODE for early access registration. It is only some hours away for Early Access and we are afraid he will be unable to participate because Square Enix support will not reach in time.

But before contacting, I'd recommend you to check your e-mail's junk/spam box, maybe it's there. Email should be titled "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Your Early Access Code"
@kevindargie, you should tell your friend to also check these folders in his mail.

Oh, turns out I did have that e-mail on my spam box. That was stupid of me to not look there, thanks for the help.
