1.0 CE non-legacy on PC, what happens now? PS3?

I thought I understood all of this, but now I'm incredibly confused. Please help!

I am a 1.0 CE PC player, and I did not get the legacy status on my account. My character did transfer onto the legacy servers in the beta, but I don't think that means anything.

From various SE pages (especially this one), I believe I get full access to ARR, with my 1.0 CE items as well as the CE items for ARR. It would make no sense to buy ARR CE for the PC since I already bought 1.0 CE.

I played in Beta 3 and Beta 4 on the PC (less than 24 hours in the latter due to 3102). My original understanding was that I would get early access, but apparently not, given that page I just linked. Is that correct?

I do not own the game at all for the PS3 right now. If I were to pre-order the PS3 version on PSN, or Amazon, right now, what would happen? Would I get a code in time for early access?

If I do get a PS3 code, would it link to my same "service account" or create a second FFXIV service account under my SE account? Put another way, would I be able to play the same characters on my PC client and the PS3, and would I be able to use my Beta 4 character on the PS3?
