    Duh, you should have mentioned that right away. EU orders don't show up on findmyorder.com. Neither should receipt contain 18 digit code. He should have got just his 20 digit code in separate email titled "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Your Early Access Code" sometime between 20.08 and now. If it's not in his junk/spam, you should contact support right away.

    Maybe your friend ordered from the wrong regional store? Just for $#!%$ and giggles, try using that order number in the other regional store. Also, try contacting the store's customer support. Honestly, the mods and reps here probably won't be much help in finding your friend's order.

    Hi there, I'm in a similar situation! Pre-ordered the Digital Standard edition from the EU store way back on 6th July, have been charged for it, but never received any form of code! The game appeared in my registered games list, but I have no registration code and no pre order/early access code. I got a response from support today telling me they were sending them out on 20th and 21st August... which of course was 2 days ago, so I never got them. Is there anything I can do?

    It just seems unfair that someone who pre ordered today gets their code right away when I get nothing. Nothing in junk/spam and I've received all the other emails, just none that contain an all-important code. I'm incredibly upset that I'm going to miss early access...

    I chose to pre order through the Square Enix store direct because I thought it'd be the most reliable option... now I think I should've gone with a third party but it's too late...

    yeah but he got the confirmation email which should have all he needs which is what I dont understand, the only thing I could think of is what happened to me prior to the pre-order code redeem happened, I kept opening the email for the code and lagged it out so it would show any of the text.

    You're right about that though I hear Greenmangaming has been somewhat stiffy as well. There is one option for you but it's not exactly ethical...

    EU purchasers dont get the code in the order confirmation email, the mods have already said that. He's not receiving his pre order code in a separate email. He pre ordered the game today about 10 hours ago. EUROPE, let me clarify, EUROPE STORE. Apparently a lot of EU purchasers have yet to get there 20 digit codes in a separate email. On the other hand.. What a MOD COULD DO is put a ticket in directly with the staff to see what is going on. These people pre ordered for early access and aren't going to get it.

    I posted earlier, but maybe it got drown out, Use the Serial/product code first when entering it on preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com, after that goes through it should immediately give you your early access code along with the link to the site to enter it

    I dread to imagine....

    Right now I'm considering the option of pre ordering a second copy from Amazon and hoping they give me a pre order code to use on my main account... but I don't really feel like shelling out an extra 25 euros just for 3 days of early access... Rather, I don't feel I should have to resort to that...

    What is the unethical thing you're hinting at? Lol.

    Not when all they tell you is to be patient. Typically with a service that proves to be reliable that statement wouldn't be a problem. But their current track record with the betas and whats going on now causes people to panic (and for good reason).

    Ahem.... Well Amazon DOES NOT charge you for pre-ordering until the game comes out.. but they give you a code immediatley after you pre-order. *whistle*
