"Not valid or active server account error" PS3 bought via PSN

i bought the game the 15th of august i each time i want to enter in my account to patch the game "no valid or active service account available" common Square-Enix first 3102 error then 90000 and now "no valid or active service error" i was patient until today 15hours until launch and you dont fix anything im start thinking i want my money back you dont know how to treat a costumer :S
