    Lost phase 4 data?

    I downloaded the realm reborn with my pre-order code, installed then went into the launcher as i sighned in to my account an option for my service plan had a list, under option it said my secondary char. so i thought no i want my main char. so i changed my service plan, did i just delete my main and secondary char.? is there a way to get my old service plan back i think i made a mistake ; ;

    As long as you did not apply the EA to a separate FFXIV Account, you can still use your main and secondary during EA.

    Characters luckily do NOT get deleted by no longer paying for them. You have to manually delete the character yourself within the character selection process to delete a character. So even if it messes up and forces you to play a secondary character (I recommend contacting SE about it if it does), your main character will not be deleted, merely unplayable until you restore it by paying for it or have SE fix it around.

    can i change back?

    Yeah i think i chose the option to start a new ffxiv service account and use my EA code on it. I wanna know if i change it back to my first service account with my 2 char. from phase4, or else i'll have to start all over again tommorow morning ; ;

    You are bound to the service account you registered your EA on. Your older service account is not deleted and your characters will be there for release just in case you register your product code on that service account, but EA is currently attached to new service account.
    There's a solution, though.

    Square Enix Support Centre
    I accidentally registered my Early Access Code on the wrong Square Enix account or service account.

    If you accidentally registered your Early Access Code on a wrong account, please contact us directly with the following information:

    - Early Access Code
    - Platform you purchased the game for (Windows/PlayStation 3)
    - Square Enix ID & service account the code was registered on (e.g. ABCD1234 on service account 1)
    - Square Enix ID & service account the code should be registered on (e.g. XYZ987 on service account 2)

    *Please note that we cannot be of assistance if any of these details are missing.
