This is the 1 and ONLY thing you need to do if you are NA PS3 user and have a code that does not work.

If you got your order from "Gamestop", Go back up there and cancel the preorder then repurchase again.

This will generate you another code on a "NEW" receipt. I did this just 25 minutes ago and I am all set and downloading.

The problem is this. From yesterday and earlier.....the people who purchased the game got broken codes.

Square-Enix INDEED did fix the problem but "Only" for people who made the purchase last afternoon to the present day and hour.

So tell your mom to get yer butt back to Gamestop in the morning and cancel your order and do it again so you can put the working code in your PS3. Enjoy early access and items WOOT!!!

Yea I just told myself what have I got to loose by driving myself back to the store and saying what was goin on. My Gamestop rep was well aware of what was going on and said her girlfriend was just in there 30 minutes ago and did the same thing and got hers to work.

If your gamestop rep says the codes are exhausted, that is a loadstone of crap. Have them do it anyways then get back in line if you must and "pre-order" the game again. All set.

Oh. I didn't know you could do that^^ I came home and told my wife the girl from gamestop is my hero and said I could come back for new codes as long as it took to get one that worked. xD
