Why haven't I gotten my early access code yet?

I bought my pre-order from Amazon and they told me I would get my PS3 early access code in E-mail 48 hours after my purchase and still haven't recieved it. Anyone else know anything about this? Is it Amazon or Square Enix that sends the E-mail?

It is amazon, you should have gotten your preorder code within about 5 minutes of buying it on amazon, so check your email for anything that might say "your amazon promotional code." If you didn't get it then I would try to contact them about it.

I was wondering the same thing but saw another post of someone going the Green man gaming, so I went there and bought it for 30 instead of 50 from amazon and got my code immediately after purchase so I'm now already to play.

I am sure you already did this but check your spam folder too. I ordered mine from Amazon as well and I received the email about 5-10 mins after I made the purchase. If you can't find it just email them and let them know I am sure they wouldn't have a problem resending the email again.

So many beta members found their codes in junk folder. Always check there first

I pre-ordered from Amazon and I never got a confirmation e-mail of any sort (yes, I checked spam folder). It was an error on their part. I contacted Customer Service via online chat and they assisted me promptly. I was provided the EA code as well as sent an additional confirmation e-mail. Try this out

just in case you didn't sort things out with amazon - go back log in and check under purchases and find the online receipt. I did this before calling amazon - there was a link for the transaction along with their code - and a link where to input their code to get SE's code. and then another link to input SE early access code. Yeah, it's like it's own quest! regardless - have a great time in-game! cheers

Yep! Found it. It was in my spam folder attached to my order confirmation. Thanks guys!
