I would find it very good if all people could post the materia requirements in ARR for the pre-relic craft weapons. I will try to post the one for WhiteMage/Conjurer. Or any information you can find. Quest steps, etc. ^^.

What are the exact requirement to start the relic quest?
i heared all classes needed to do they AF quests first before you can start it? meaning all classes need at least be lvl 47 + ??

I don't know what the requirement to start the quest is in ARR.
In 1.0 the requirement to start the quest was an item from the GC shop for 25k seals and 3 Hamlet seals from each Hamlet.

Correct. Relic quest is locked until official launch.

As long as it doesn't take a shit ton of some random currency that can only be attained in small increments on a weekly basis... in which case it will take a long time but very little actual work

And so 3 weeks for a relic.... spending 6 hours a week!

So finally beat story mode, anyone have any ideas yet how to start relic quests yet?

Apparently several people have said finish the main story and do all the guild quests for the job you want relic on then you can take up the mission. Haven't had the time to look into this unfortunately due to lack of playtime
