Anyone have any clue how do we obtain the quests this time around?

Idk but Allagan weapons look very nice in stats vs relics NQ. I know you can get tomes for hamlet seals lolz. By the looks you will have to challenge other bosses in dungeons and stuff, there isn't much official info atm.
