Will there be water closets?

Will there be water closets? (restroom, bathroom, whatever you like to call them)

My character's performance has dropped dramatically and her hygiene, well let's just say she doesn't have that new adventure smell anymore.

She often has to hold her bodily functions for long periods of time, and often I find she has gone in the corner or worse, in the middle of the street.

I hope that this serious problem is taken care of soon, and we can all finally breath a little easier.

Bath houses would be nifty though. Maybe in a far-east world expansion like the one they constantly referenced (but haven't yet delivered) in FFXI.
