Only if you were legacy, or purchased the ARR collectors edition you would get early access. Just having the 1.0 means you get the free download of ARR for release date.

Clarifying: If you purchased the Collector's Edition of 1.0 you do not get Early Access, unless you were "Legacy" and purchasing the ARR Collector's Edition does not grant you early access.... you must PRE-ORDER the game to get early access, and since you have the 1.0 Collector's Edition, you would not need to buy the Collector's Edition of ARR. You will automatically get the digital Collector's items.
