Is it RAAU? cause that would make it a North america code and that would be your issue.

the 18 digit code don't start RAAU or RAAE, that's the 20 digit code they give you after you enter the 18 digit code in the pre-order register page.

ah right it has been a while. still strange that you are being redirected to an NA site. Again speaks to a problem in your profile, which you can not seem to get into.

well fortunately that particular site is only for converting pre order codes to EA ones. it is different site that gets you going on real 20 digit codes.

Try this. Go to SE Support. Click on the Contact button. Click on Get Support. Contact Category=Account Billing, Contact Sub-Category=Registration Information. In the Contact Details box, type "Incorrect Service". Click next. Click next. Click on the Proceed to Chat Support or the Proceed to Phone Support buttons. Then on the next page you can put detailed description for what is wrong, and wait in a queue for chatting with support. If that's what you'd like to do of course.

Please let me know if that Square Enix Support link doesn't work. I'm not sure if it just goes to my support page.

ok ... I didnt get through yet in the chat, well i got canceled when it would have been my turn but yeah im pissed ... I guess I know whats the problem is x_X my account seems bugged I dunno ... everything works fine when i create a new one and every site works x_X problem is my game account is linked to the one not working and i dont wanna give up on my character and i already got that safety token thing on it ... and my version 1.0 CE ... best solution would be to just link my character and the whole shit to a new account ... its just fucking stupid some shit like that can even happen. well 90 people in queue in front of me. fingers are crossed it doesnt get canceled again.

ok I FINALLY fixed the problem ... the solution was just totally retarded but whatever ... I created new account and used the same nickname as my old one. MAGIC MAGIC and it worked. seriously square plz dont do such dumb things again in the future. THATS SOME SERIOUS BULLSHIT.
