    Try this. Go to SE Support. Click on the Contact button. Click on Get Support. Contact Category=Account Billing, Contact Sub-Category=Registration Information. In the Contact Details box, type "Incorrect Service". Click next. Click next. Click on the Proceed to Chat Support or the Proceed to Phone Support buttons. Then on the next page you can put detailed description for what is wrong, and wait in a queue for chatting with support. If that's what you'd like to do of course.

    Please let me know if that Square Enix Support link doesn't work. I'm not sure if it just goes to my support page.
