soo redeeming EA code still doesnt work ...

I tried this now and it still doesnt work. I can get to the code entry thing where I type my code in and it also states that im logged in with my account, but I cant access either user settings or my profile. I dunno whats going on. I told a friend of mine he should try if his works and it did, so i let him try with my account information and he gets the same redirection issue. I really dont know anymore what else I can do since just stubbornly trying to register the code doesnt seem to work this way

edit: tried it on firefox, IE, chrome, my phone and PS3... doesnt seem to work on any platform ... my account is EU but it redirects me always to some NA site so I dunno ... dont think one of the square members is gonna help me with my problem. Already opened a ticket but yeah ... by the time they answer EA is probably over

what are the first 4 letters in your 18 digit code?
Is it RAAU? cause that would make it a North america code and that would be your issue.

the 18 digit code don't start RAAU or RAAE, that's the 20 digit code they give you after you enter the 18 digit code in the pre-order register page.

ah right it has been a while. still strange that you are being redirected to an NA site. Again speaks to a problem in your profile, which you can not seem to get into.

yeah ... this kinda makes me more and more nervous ... if I cant even register my EA key how is it gonna be at official launch

Try this. Go to SE Support. Click on the Contact button. Click on Get Support. Contact Category=Account Billing, Contact Sub-Category=Registration Information. In the Contact Details box, type "Incorrect Service". Click next. Click next. Click on the Proceed to Chat Support or the Proceed to Phone Support buttons. Then on the next page you can put detailed description for what is wrong, and wait in a queue for chatting with support. If that's what you'd like to do of course.

Please let me know if that Square Enix Support link doesn't work. I'm not sure if it just goes to my support page.
