PC >PS3 Problems Error message 3108

Hi guys , so i played the beta and 1.0 and when i ordered the ps3 copy i was unable to play on my main account even tho i logged into my SE account on ps3. they gave me the option of creating another "service account" and i had to create all new chars. it says "Currently your character is not set up for cross-platform, please vist http://sqex.to/msp for more details. error message 3108"

another issue im looking at is i have a keyboard/mouse for my PS3 However in PS3 It wont give me the option to switch like PC Does in the character configurations. in the PC Version it offers you to switch to a keyboard or controller.

Help someone please! i dont want 3 years of playin a char to just go POOF lol

Okay. Questions:
Did you make two different Square Enix accounts or two different FFXIV service account? Playstation Network accounts can only be bound to one Square Enix account. Also what beta phase was this? are you legacy?

From what I understood is not possible to make the PS3 keyboard/mouse identical to the PC version because of UI memory limitation. The only style of gameplay on is controller. You can use keyboard to talk and open shortcuts (alt/ctrl + whatever).

im a Legacy player and yah i did make another service account because they wouldnt allow me to get on my first and WAT???? THATS FUCKING GAY! I can switch my keybinding to the keyboard But i cant switch over my hot keys? its seriously just switching the hot key boxes to be in a row like PC Version I dont see how they allow you to use a keyboard for keybindings and the Hotkeys will affect the UI System. thank you tho XEthan , this info help!
