Disabling Animations

Posted this in the beta forums shortly before they went down and right now this is the only place I can post, so..

Does anyone know of a way to disable weapon skill animations for other players on PS3? I would really like to see if it helps with some lag issues during FATES.

Strange how you get Lag in FATES on PS3. Never had the problem.
FPS Lag right? Or just no one moving, then move 2 seconds later lag?
For the Q: No. I thought they dimmed down the animations already anyway.

More of loading issues. When I getting into FATES I seems other players and mobs load fairly slowly. I have a 10 mb connection currently and think that should be sufficient. I am also wondering if port forwarding might help.

Yep there's a way to turn off skill animations/flashiness in the Character Config... Atm where it exactly is I can't say T.T But its their ! I used it to turn off anyone's skill animations who aren't in the party... Can customize yours, your party's or Other's in that section~
