Question on the Mog Cap.

Hence why it is pre-order bonus item. None of these things are supposed to give an advantage.

They're available to every character you make on the account that has those items. The items are account bound, not character. When you make a new character, they'll be in your mog mail.

Just to clarify to avoid confusion, it's all characters on one service account - not the entire Square Enix account.

I'm of the mind that these quirky pre-order items are mostly just for show, so I'm not too fussed about them not having a great stat benefit. I think it's quite cool to wear your pre-order items 5 years down the line to show your loyalty to the game

The bonus is okay, a faster way to get to lv 10 and try out other classes.

+20% EXP untill level 10, it has the same stats as the Garland Goggles us 1.0 players got, but look much better.
