Code registration currently unavailable. - is this a joke ?

This is my open beta account. I made a new one today and here's my issue.

This is literally the worst mess I've ever seen. So I've bought FFXIVAAR today. Was lucky enough to redeem my early access code along with the 2nd code for bonus items. Didn't receive any confirmation email, even though the game shows up as a registered. As a result - I can't update FFXIV client, because https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/accffxiv says that "Code registration currently unavailable". Any ideas what's going on ? I'm getting out of patience already, wasted few hours for nothing. I would like to figure it out, cause early access will start soon and I can't do nothing at the moment. Does anyone have the same issues ? Seriously - I tought that SE learned from their failures but I'm getting a little bit worried right now.

Im not sure if you understand me. I want to register FFXIV service and download/update client. I have already registered my cd-key

So you redeemed your EA code, you're good to go. Just login into launcher and it will DL

(Or update P4 one)
That one in account management isn't supposed to be open (yet).

Im not good to go. Once I try to log in @ launcher I get "You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered. If you would like to log in to the service, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management system and register the service account". So I opened https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/accffxiv Select service - FFXIV - and I get "Code registration currently unavailable" even though http://na.square-enix.com/en/ says that FFXIV is already registered on my account

What do you guys mean ? I already typed the 2nd code as I mentioned in my first post.

I misread the OP to mean you got the 2nd code and were trying to put it in the SE Account website.

It sounds like it didn't go through somehow. You sure you went through the whole process when putting in the 2nd code? No errors, etc.?

No errors - nothing. No confirmation email either. When I try to register 2nd code again - it says it's already registered so it probably went through. As a result I can't register FFXIV service @ SE Account website and I'm unable to download the game.
