no, early access is no pay, and as the information goes, early access can play until 30 august

I think they are allowing retailers to sell Crysta cards later, I forget when and where I read that, might of been one of the letters. Hopefully that is true, I am not one to post CC info online after the mass hacking that has been going around.

(and with some retailers starting to use Paypal at checkout, there is going to be super safety)

Early access is a perk of either having Legacy status or pre-ordering. You can still preorder the game if you are worried you won't be able play during early access.
