paying for xiv arr subscription using crysta?

This leads me to a slightly different question. I have something like 430 crysta that has been in my account for quite a while. Can I apply that to whatever service plan I go with (probably 180 days) and then pay with CC for the rest?

i have legacy status i just wasnt sure if i had to register a credit card or start my subcription with crysta be4 it allows me to login

or atleast im pretty sure i have legacy but when i log into the client it says this
